Jason is well known for his passion and creative genius for selling and teaching. He has an uncanny ability to identify, articulate, and transfer key selling insights leading to success across various business platforms and products. Jason has built a career of consistent top sales performance of two decades. Jason has been a sales award winner, Presidents club winner, sales manager, and sales trainer. He has experience in B2B, small start-up Med Device, and the world’s largest medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Success has enabled Jason to work and travel internationally training sales people from all over Europe, South Asia, India, the Middle East, and Australia.
As Director of Sales Learning & Development, Jason trains and develops new hires, tenured sales professionals looking for advanced skills, and sales leaders interested in advancing their careers into management. Jason contributes to all aspects of sales performance: messaging, sales aids, tactics, strategic planning, targeting, – collaborating with field sales, sales management, marketing, R&D, and human resources. Whenever possible, Jason attempts to stay on the front lines as player / coach carrying the sales bag in a quota driven role to refine his craft, stay current with first-hand experience with market trends, and test his doctrines and directives as he collaborates with executive leadership in his SL&D role to create messages and tactics to launch new start-up med device companies. Jason has had the opportunity to consult business leaders and political candidates/campaigns across the US and the World.
A native of Washington, PA, Jason holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Grove City College. In addition to wearing multiple hats on the job and consulting on the side, Jason stays extremely busy holding leadership positions in his church and serving on the school board, while farming his land. He resides outside Indianapolis, IN with his wife and 9 children.
